Gianmarco Cordano

Gianmarco Cordano is a law clerk at Helmer Friedman LLP, where he works on employment, civil rights, and consumer protection matters.

Mr. Cordano supports the firm’s representation of employees who have been fired, harassed, or denied the accommodations the law requires. He works closely with the firm’s clients through what is often the hardest period of their working lives.
Mr. Cordano received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in 2026. At Loyola, he served as Articles Editor and Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. He also founded Legal Education Access and Development, a program that provides resources and one-on-one mentoring to undergraduate and community college students pursuing law school. Mr. Cordano received his B.A. degree in History from UCLA in 2021, graduating summa cum laude.

During law school, Mr. Cordano clerked at two Los Angeles plaintiff-side employment firms and served as a research assistant to two labor and employment law professors.

Mr. Cordano is awaiting the results of the California Bar Examination.

Outside the office, Mr. Cordano enjoys playing tennis.
